I believe he was a producer at Capitol who essentially offered FZ the
opportunity to have some of his orchestral work recorded, which resulted
in Lumpy Gravy.

He's right below Calvin, with his index finger extending beyond the
border.

The same photo appears on p. 3 of the Lumpy Money booklet, with "Taxi!"
across his chest. He also appears on pp. 16 and 22.
