Several days ago, Google Hot Trends search results dwindled down to 20
displayed topics from 40. It originally started out a year or more ago
displaying the Top 100 searches. They reduced that to 40 a few months ago.
With the news that Brittany Murphy died, it appears that she nearly
knocked Google Hot Trends on its ass by hitting the majority of the 20
hot searches. Number 13 is related to her in the physical sense. #11 is
a (voiced) character she portrayed. I'd include #'s 5, 16, and probably
9 on the list below as being related to her regarding search topics.

Upon reading that topic heading, I gotta ask, "You mean the guy didn't
pull out for 12 whole months?!

diabetes mellitus (not sure if it's type 1 or 2, anyone else got the
skinny on that?), an apparent eating disorder (she looked emaciated,
even by Hollyweird standards in her recent photos) & flu
complications, those of us who are interested in these morbid affairs
are going to have to wait until the toxicology reports & perhaps
microscopic slides of her heart & other organ tissues come back to
know what stole this woman away. I find it horrendously sad that she
died so young, but knowing plenty of girls & guys who had/have eating
disorders, especially in recent years thanks to how the media worships
& is always portraying stick figures as being the chic elan elite, we
can expect more starlets to succumb to cardiac complications which I
can only hope will help to turn the tides on this appreciation of
anorexia. This poor "kid" had diabetes & when you combine that with
anorexia or bulimia, it often leads to an early grave. I hope that
she will be fondly remembered & the damned media can shut their damned
yaps with all the negativity they are trying to dredge up on her & her
husband. What ever happened to not speaking ill of the dead & showing
some damned respect to their survivors? R.I.P. Brittany Murphy.

I know little about her and haven't been reading any of the hundreds or
thousands of articles recently written about her, but, I had the
impression that she was a habitual drug abuser. Or, is that some
residual impression I have from one her her early film roles? I don't
know the answer to that question.
All I know is that I was very surprised to read of her passing and feel
she had a presence in film beyond that of simply being the cute girl du
jour like so many air-headed bimbos.
