Thailand EP's with Zappa...

Perhaps you know that in Thailand there was (is?) a strange habit of
issuing EP's (records) with totally different artists.
As I am also a Doors-singles-collector, I have several of these strange
specimen in my collection. Artists who have nothing in common share the
same disk, like the Doors with Bobby Sherman (?) and the Rascals.
I have always wondered if these issues were "legal".
There are two of this kind of EP's from Thailand with some
Zappa-"involvement", unfortunately it only concerns the cover of these
little records.
At the moment there is one for sale on eBay (Objectnumber:
360231322111), in the text it says:

You are bidding on a Thailand EP/PS 7" .It very hard to find .Each EP/PS
never reissue ,Out of print long time over 30 years ago(1965-1977) .and
cannot find any stores in any world and Thailand too.All THAI EP very
strange and FANTASTIC about pic of cover have a unique in the world.
Very stange pic on cover is FRANK ZAPPA and MARC BOLAN .But no song
concern of them.Very strange !!!!!

I love this kind of items (and adds) but I have never bought one,
because why buy a record when there is no Zappa music on it ?
Or should I finally decide to do it ?
