Outrageous Janice Dickinson is the self-described "world's first
supermodel," whose stinging criticism as a judge on "America's Next
Top Model" has turned her into the female Simon Cowell.
Now Dickinson has unleashed that same sharp tongue in her second
autobiography — "Everything About Me Is Fake … and I'm Perfect" —
revealing a roster of former bedmates that reads like a Hollywood
who's-who list.

Warren Beatty, Jack Nicholson, Bruce Willis, Sylvester Stallone, Liam
Neeson ... and that's just the men!

The bisexual beauty also talks about her flings with music icons Mick
Jagger and Frank Zappa, and spending the night with George Harrison.

And just wait until you hear what Hollywood star she's sleeping with
now.

But Janice — who reveals in the book that "when I'm having good sex, I
scream" — doesn't want you to get the wrong idea.

"Don't make me look like the world's biggest slut, because I'm not,"
declares Janice, who says she made out with John F. Kennedy Jr. and
counts Prince Albert as one of her admirers.

"I'm a woman with experience and dignity."

The 5-foot-10 catwalk queen had previously revealed in her first book
"No Lifeguard on Duty" — Warner Bros. recently bought the film rights
— that she'd had a sex romp with model/actress Kelly LeBrock, Steven
Seagal's ex-wife.

And there was also a threesome with Grace Jones and "Rocky IV"
meathead Dolph Lundgren.

Sitting in the Omni Berkshire Hotel sipping ginger ale, she admits her
experiences include sex on a pool table, in a closet, in limousines
and on airplanes (that's plural).

Ten years ago, Dickinson claimed that Stallone was the father of her
baby Savannah. But when blood tests proved that film mogul Michael
Birnbaum was the dad, Sly dumped her and even took back his toaster.

After all that action with sex symbols, Dickinson says she's finally
found the man of her dreams.

And he's not the movie or rock heartthrobs she usually likes to "slam"
between the sheets.

It's none other than Jon Lovitz, the balding, overweight comic who
plays nerdy guys who never get the girl on screen.

"Jon is the sexiest man alive," says Janice, who's still stunning at
51, although she claims she's 49. "The funniest, sexiest, most
well-put-together man that walks the Earth."

And most importantly, "he's one hot stud muffin."

Who would have thought?

"It started out as a friendship in September and has now moved to
romance," she says. "He's divorced and has no children, but he's just
so great with kids. He got my daughter, Savvy, on a basketball team,
and I was watching them practice and I fell in love."

"He's hot, he's a hunk," insists Janice, who also has a 16-year-old
son, Nathan, with her ex-husband Simon Fields, a moviemaker. "He makes
my liver quiver and my heart pound. I'm the first supermodel and he's
a funny guy. We're polar opposites, yet it works."

She also vows that Lovitz, 46, who stars in the upcoming film "The
Stepford Wives" with Nicole Kidman, won't have to worry about her
cheating on him with other women. "I'm a sexual being, but I haven't
done that since I wrote about it," says Janice, who admits in her
latest book that she bedded a model with a household name.

Janice — who's graced countless magazine covers — has been a top model
for three decades.

But her career appeared to have entered the twilight zone until she
rejuvenated it as a no-holds-barred judge like "American Idol's"
Cowell.

"I'm brutally honest," she says.

"I feel like I'm saving the girls a lot of time by telling them,
you're too fat, too skinny, too old or too short. Tyra Banks [the
contest's creator] is way too nice. I'm not."

The Brooklyn-born Dickinson wrote her new tell-all book as a
cautionary tale, informing young girls who want to become models how
tough life can be as a cover girl.

"I want them to avoid the pitfalls that I've made — bulimia, alcohol
addiction, drug dependency, acting out sexually, shopaholic, and all
the other ‘-aholics' that can occur."

Janice, who has been clean and sober for two years and attends AA
meetings daily, writes: "But I'm here to tell you that I got to the
other side, and now I'm here to be of service to others."

Growing up, Dickinson says she experienced horrific child abuse that
left her scarred for life and seeking comfort at the bottom of a
bottle.

"Due to unresolved childhood issues, it took me 47 years to get
sober," she says. Janice also suffers from what she calls
"perfliction" — an addiction to being perfect.

Over the years, she's had two breast enhancements, and now her figure
is a "perfect" 36C-24-34. She stays pencil-thin on a protein diet and
regular exercise, including yoga, spinning, running after her kids and
dogs, and long hikes in the canyons near her L.A. home.

But with her face back in the limelight and "Top Model" coming back
for a new season in the fall, two months ago she underwent a $60,000
extreme makeover just on her face.

Dr. Frank Ryan of Beverly Hills gave her a brow-lift to smooth her
forehead, a mini face-lift, raised her neck skin, and grafted fat to
her cheeks from her abdomen and thighs. She also had a chemical peel
to erase lines, and a procedure to tighten droopy upper and lower
eyelids.

"When they dig up my coffin," she laughs, "they're going to find the
most smiley corpse there ever was."
