can anybody tell me what happened in Lüneburg 1995? i've seen some pictures
where elton look kind of angry. they said there was a defect or someting
like this.

Can't find that on Video right now. But some things like bad
mood, bad weather, poor organization, an unexperienced
camera guy and a disfunctional text-aiding monitor
(teleprompter) worked together. He opened with "The Bitch is
Back" shouting at the stage crew and after the song he said
to the audience (I have an audio file of this):
"Oh, welcome to paradise! And I tell you now: Thank you for
coming out and standing in the rain but I ain't gonna play
any of these (F-Word) festivals again!"

As far as I know Elton got so
annoyed because the TV-cameras
revealed his teleprompter.
He was in an absolute terrible
mood...really frightening!!
And he said to the audience:
"Welcome to paradise. I tell you now
thank you for coming out and standing in
