I believe Sirocco Station used to have all those adds. The original site hasn't been around in forever, but a few years back resurrected it over at Dream-Ware.

A blast from the past! I used to have hot links to the original ads --
there was some automatic JS linking involved -- until that site got
hacked and suddenly I was linking to quite something else :(
