This is the specimen that Paul PZ Myers, then of Temple and now of the
University of Minnesota, along with Andrew MacRae, then of Calgary
University, tampered with.
<
MacRae waw sent a specimen that human anatomist Wilton M. Krogman
identified as a tibia, then -- with Myers' encouragement and
assistance -- fraudulently "prepared" a ground section showing the
internal structure of a rock or concretion, hence
denying the existence of Haversian canals, the tell-tale sign of
bone.
