Son plans new Dune novel
The Dune novels, among the best-selling scince fiction novels of all
time, are to be added to by a triogy written by the author's son. Brian
Herbert, whose father Frank, died in 1986, is to work on from notes and
outlines left by his father to produce three "prequels" which will
chronicle the events leading up to the original book.
Bantam Books is believed to be paying $3 million for the North American
rights to the books, which will be co-written by Kevin J Anderson, a
sci-fi writer.
Has anyone heard anything more about this?

Check out the thread: New Dune Novels to be published. They've (mostly)
