Good luck... I really can't understand abstract art. At my school there was an
A-level (age 18) piece of art, about a yard by a yard in size, which was just
random-looking brush strokes. No attempts at squinting or tilting your head
would bring any idea of a picture into it. Apparently, it was 'a study of
colour and motion', but that's like giving me a straight black line in the
middle of some paper and telling me it's a very low, dark city on the horizon
of a snow-covered landscape. It may well be, but how would I know that?
