[Karenji grins friendlily at everydrak] Actually, I was about to ask the
same question... I'm putting together the Karenji section of my webpage
(it's actually split up into three - Karenji (fantasy), Kaje (SF and
Fanzines) and Karen (Poetry and religious stuff)) and I want some draggy
pics to put into it. Anydraks will do, but preferably cute ones.

And my site should be up soon (I hope!) I know I've said this before,
but that was BA - Before Aussiecon!

Thanks Hespa! I'll check it out. http:/www.draconian.com wasn't it? And
how WAS your holiday? Bring back any souveniers (like that great big red
rock that has been reported mysteriously missing overnight... :-8) )

I seem to remember one of the University fttp sites used to exist that had
scads of really nice dragons. Has it vanished? Do fttp sites even exist
anymore? I think it also had wolves and other nature pics too. (revealing,
once again, just how long I was out in the cold, cruel wilderness of R/L) It
was somewhere in the midwest - nebraska maybe? and I think Uof Alaska had
something too...

"No worries! I've been planning to email you about Kaje anyway, because
I would like to offer my services as an occasional (i.e. when I have
time) article writer or cartoonist. That's the address, but without the
/ before www. My tour (aargh, not exactly a holiday, we had far too
much exercise to call it that) was great on the whole! No, I must admit
the rock was still there when I left it (c'mon, I'm only a *little*
dwaggie!), but I used a few rolls of film which will hopefully be
developed soon, and also got a few story and poem ideas, which are the
best sort of souvenirs for me!"

That'd be wonderful [thankyousmileysbythedozen] Send me an email and
we'll talk more.

So THAT'S why it didn't work when I clicked on it... Aaargh! I'm NOT
USED TO THIS STUFF!!!!

My tour (aargh, not exactly a holiday, we had far too

I'm glad to hear it.

You mean you didn't bring it back for me to see? :-8) Not even a little
bit? (hopefulgrin) Actually, I know that you're not supposed to take so
much as a tiny pebble away with you - Uluru or Ayers Rock is a Sacred
Place, and it's supposed to bring bad luck to steal any of it away. So I
hope you didn't! Photographs are OK tho'.

"Hmm, come to think of it, there should in fact be two /'s. As in,
http://www.etc."

"No, I didn't take anything away. I know about sacred. Besides, once
you're actually there, you don't need people telling you it's sacred.
It sort of tells you itself. I was horrified when I got to the top and
found a fibreglass cairn marking the highest point. Truly sad..."
