I'm officially an author now! I've been trying to write for years and years, but it only started working relatively recently. I managed to write my Tachanigh-Kelkaith in my world of Theoma, where dragon is the word for person, because everyone is a dragon (even the kalla, who are hippogryphs). The dragons of Theoma are immortal, or at least undying. They live forever if nothing kills them. They work many jobs in their vast lives and tend to move on from professions every century or so to keep things fresh.

Although I myself am otherkin, I am on the furry side of draconity, and my dragons are a bit anthro. They do have unusual body plans, but I do not like to think of dragons as beasts. Thus I have not written them as beasts. These are civilized dragons.

My protagonist Denziu is a bit young, and is only coming up on zir first career change. Zie is going from selling dirt to farmers towards a new career as a traveling merchant, a change for which zie has prepared by acquiring a collection of very special painted pots.

Here is my Goodreads page! https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/142401180-the-tachanigh-kelkaith

As of this writing, I have no reviews or ratings on Goodreads. Indeed I have only sold 8 copies of my book so far. I do not know that I will earn enough for even a single royalties check. Hopefully I am not violating the board rules by speaking here of my new book. I hope that news of a new dragon book is well-regarded here.

Oh wow, thank you so much for sharing it over here! I've actually long
been planning on writing a book as well. If anything, your book serves
as motivation for me to release one of my own as well a few years down
the road.

Is the book available physically, or only as an e-book (I assume the
latter)? Let me know where I can get it (it'd be great if there's a
place where I can get a DRM-free copy whilst still supporting you). If
you're afraid of breaking any rules (I honestly didn't know there were
much of any rules around here), you can send me an e-mail (the one I
attached to this post) with more details.

Can't wait to dust off my e-reader and read what you have to say. Again,
it's really impressive what you accomplished and it's quite inspiring!

Take care, hope you're doing well!
