Friday's ep

This was the first time I've seen this episode at all. Hell, it was the
first time I'd even HEARD of this episode. My fansub collection has always
ended with Cell dying and restarted with Great Saiyaman, so this was a
treat.

And this was a great episode. But what stunned me the most was that I
really, really liked the dialogue. I could be 100% wrong, but I'd be willing
to bet that most of it was actually "punched up" or what have you by FUNi,
since it didn't seem like Japanese-type DBZ dialogue to me. 18#'s "it's the
principle of the thing" and Trunks' "short lifeline" bits were great. But
what I really loved was Goku's quickly-delivered: "Bubbles! Gregory! Road
trip!"

And now the reruns begin...I wish they'd hurry with those damned DVDs.

Yeah I kinda liked this one too. Mostly because it was unexpected, I thought
Thursdays was the last episode. I figured they show some cheezy movie like
they usually do on Fridays. It was a nice bonus, it even had me excited. My
favorite part was when Goku was talking about Hurcule (Mr. Satan) and the
"Hercule Puffs".
