They're supposedly skipping the first 16 episodes and replacing it with the FUNi
recap episode tonight. So that would be 49 episodes, at once a week... It won't
finish until October 2004 at this rate.

Reckon they'll ever show it properly? I was...rather dismayed at what I
tuned in to witness tonight. Granted, I'm not exactly fond of DBGT, but
since I've never actually seen past episode six of it, I was kinda vaguely
looking forward to it, just so I could finally say I bothered to endure it.

I'm not keen on hack jobs with bad soundtracks. (Insert your own DBZ dub
joke here.)

So...any word on if they'll ever show it the right way?

Why did they cut the first episodes off in the first place?

Apparently, because they thought the slow pace would alienate DBZ fans used
to the Extreme! Fighting! Action!

Even though they've been showing Dragonball for the last month and a half or
so and it's currently the only program on Toonami ANYONE BOTHERS WATCHING
ANYMORE...

Maybe they should do that: a recap of 16 episodes each week.

With that, it'll finish in 4 weeks and nobody would lose time watching
this... And after, they could air *real* Dragon Ball episodes !

That'd be great :))
