there, Damocles and I wish to announce the unveiling of the new
GargCode. The GargCode is a compact method to list pertinent details
about yourself, your character, and the fandom. It allows you to pass
this information off to other fans as part of your email sig file, on
your Gargoyles website, and nearly anywhere else you can wedge a few
lines of text.
The GargCode is divided into three major sections: Character,
Fandom and Player. The first deals with your online personnae: the
character that you act out in the various chat rooms or on irc channels,
for example. Or they can just be the lead character in your personal
fanfic series if online roleplaying's not your style. Maybe it's just a
character you've never written down, but have had in your head as the
'gargoyle-you'. The Fandom section covers your artwork, writing,
merchandise collection and various other details. The final section
covers a few details about the real you, such as your age and
occupation.
The website is up and ready to go. Now, while I know I'm going to
regret this *grin*, if you've got any questions, comments or suggestions
