Looks like my dad finally got around to canceling the DSL. I tried to
log into my SBC e-mail account this morning and discovered it had been
suspended. I had to transfer it to a web account, which, for some
reason, I couldn't give the same name as my SBC account. I can still
access the e-mail, but I can't get newsgroups through Outlook Express
anymore. Not until I figure out how to get to usenet through Comcast,
at least.

Man, it's so lame that my dad can't find a use for the internet beyond
e-mail. He's convinced all he needs is dial-up.
