Australians Nick McNaughton and Yorke Hinds send spam. A spam recipient
should not be required to opt out. Furthermore, to opt out of their
spam, the spam recipient must identify which McNaughton-Hinds customers
supplied McNaughton-Hinds with the spam recipient's email dddress, yet
McNaughton-Hinds do not supply a customer list.

Their name service (for example, for quivamail.com) is provided by
everydns.com, a spam operation which does not accept email sent to its
abuse email dddress.
