A Crystal should be placed at the vertex of each Ley Line of Earth.
Then a machine to charge the crystal should be placed on each crystal,
complete with networking radio which sychronizes each pulse for each
of the crystalline network of glasses.

This will cause all of the humans of this earth to become white like
Adam's Race originally was.
This will end all race wars indefinately, since the DNA will be
purified.
