"Help me, TJ, help me"

"Andy's fallen and he can't get up," said neighbor Lorraine Marinkovich to
her neighbor, Trent James (TJ) Stewart.

"I feel bad for bothering you," said Marinkovich, but Andy fell getting out
of the car and his pants fell off, too."

"What," said Stewart as he cleaned the tree debris from his front yard
following a wind storm some days earlier?

"I know we're the people that helped the McDonnells destroy your life, TJ,
but Andy's fallen and you're the only person in this whole neighborhood who
ever helps anyone," said Lorraine.

"Is he hurt," asked TJ Stewart of the woman asking his assistance?

"No, he's just not strong enough to get up after returning from the doctor
and he toppled over the driveway retaining wall. And he's embarassed because
his pants fell off and remain down," added Marinkovich.

"What," said Stewart thinking the ninety year old wife of Andrew Marinkovich
was off on another trip outside the Milky Way Galaxy?

"Oh, crap," said Stewart, who was just realizing the serious nature of the
woman's request and discovered Andy Marinkovich without pants sitting next
to his wife's vehicle on the edge of driveway. He didn't realize the man was
just behind the tree of a neighbor's home about twenty feet away.

Stewart ran to Andy's aid and found the old man embarassed. Andrew
Marinkovich was the only man who walked side by side with Omaha Police
Division Detective Jimmy Wilson, Sr. at the head of funeral procession of
Wilson's fallen uniformed police offcer son, Jimmy Wilson, Jr., who was
killed in the line of duty by black gang members in Omaha over a decade
earlier.

Now here was this man, whom Wilson, Sr. asked to walk with him at the head
of the police funeral procession, lying incapacitated on his driveway with
his pants down and his adult diaper showing.*

Stewart is not a trained medical professional or rescue worker. Lorraine
Marinkovich, on the other hand, is from a family with three generations of
members in the Omaha Fire Division.

All now deceased, Lorraine Marinkovich's "hero" family members ran from her
brother to her Grandfather.

But as was the case about a year ago when Lorraine Marinkovich notified the
same man, Trent (TJ) Stewart, that her Ford Taurus was not running.

In that case, Stewart, who knew Marinkovich was involved in having him set
up to be shot to death by gangland members of the IAFF Local 385 in the May
family, offered to troubleshoot the family's only transportation
particularly since the couple was elderly and Andy Marinkovich was ill.

Lorraine Marinkovich told him that her son, she has many including in laws,
diagnosed the problem with the family car as the starter motor, then left
the old couple with nothing else.

Four days later, Lorraine Marinkovich, an American of English descent,
notified her fellow American neighbor, Stewart, (a Scottsman and Irishman)
knowing that he would offer his assistance as a mechanic.

Stewart never relies on a amateur mechanic's diagnosis, but the starter was
proven bad and Stewart had it replaced for the old couple in an hour
including transporting Lorraine to O' Reilley's Auto Parts for a new starter
motor.

Stewart offered the repair for no charge, but Marinkovich gave him $25 (then
requested a warranty).

As was the case when Stewart aided the Marinkovich couple with their auto
repair, no fire fighter was ever seen or aided any assistance despite four
separate families of fire fighters with the Omaha Fire Division living a
block or two away including the brother of the Chief of the Omaha Fire
Division, Mike McDonnell.

They were too busy committing drug crimes, wiretapping, and intimidation on
their neighbors on Shady Lane Drive.

So Stewart managed to help Andy Marinkovich to his feet. But the old man was
unsteady and scared, Stewart then lifted the old man up over a foot to get
his feet on the Marinkovich driveway which he had fallen off.

Next, Stewart directed the very shaken Lorraine Marinkovich to help him get
Andy's pants back on and restore dignity to the old man.

Once that was completed, Stewart helped Andy negotiate around the family car
into the open driveway, helped Lorraine Marinkovich get his walker under
him, then helped the old man to and up his front steps and into his home.

Marinkovich thanked Stewart and Stewart went back to cleaning his yard.

Andy Marinkovich was OK and remains so as he continues to struggle with
deteriorating stability and weakness in his legs.

Wilson, Sr., who Stewart knew from being interogated by him decades earlier,
did not like Jimmy Wilson, Sr., and thought he was a punk. The same opinion
Stewart has of most of the Omaha Police Division who covered up the
attempted rape fo Stewart's mother when he was a boy.

But Stewart is a man of honor which no paid police officer could EVER hope
to match and when Andrew and Lorraine Marinkovich were in need, he was the
first and ONLY man to respond despite it all.

of the funeral of slain Omaha Police Division officer Jimmy Wilson, Jr.
