From 1994-95, while a member

host of her own talk show. Cindy
Crawford, Harry Connick, Jr., Patti
LaBelle and Jon Stewart were among
her eclectic guests. In 1995, Daisy

After winning a position as news reporter and anchor for the evening news on
WXTV
Channel 41, Univision's New York affiliate, she quickly established
herself in the Latino television community. In January, 1988, she
assumed a position with WNJU Channel 47, Telemundo's New York

Internacional."
Fluent in Spanish and English, Daisy was born in Havana, Cuba,
and left the country on her third birthday to reside in Spain. Four
years later, her family resettled in New Jersey. She is currently
splitting her time between homes in New Jersey, Miami and Los
