I don't know your situation well enough to comment on all the things
you posted above, other than to say that you should find some way to
have your health concerns checked out. But if you are thinking of
having your body be of valuie after death then you might consider
donating it to a body farm. Most people don't even know that kind of
thing exists, but there are several of them throughout the country
that have been around for a long time. They perform valuiable
forensic work and other research on how dead bodies decompose.
