Blakes-7 sounds

Dear all,

I am puzzled, why is it that many of the samples I find on the web
claiming to be
avon/blake/orac/etc, seem to be people trying to copy them.. Is there a
problem
with trying to sample stuff from the tapes? that Im unaware of?

I guess I'll just have to hook up my video to my PC and do some sampling!

Ho Hummm,
Anyway, when I return from hols my first efforts will be to getting a nokia
tune
from the Blakes 7 theme.. could be fun.

We have .wav files of all the main characters in the Downloads section and
they can all be downloaded to liven up your PC. We have had immense fun in
finding these and you can relive all those memorable lines such as;

"There is the question of that degrading and primitive act to which I was
subjected in the control room...I should like you to do it again"

Looks like a really good site. I didn't get to use it though - just as I was
getting really interested, the site (in a triumph of bad design) crashed
