Hmm... is there a french translation for bounty hunter? I would have thought
so... but then I got an E in GCSE French! Does anyone know? And if there
isn't, then what does the Admiral say in The Empire Strikes Back when Vader
is speaking with Bobba Fett and the other... um, 'bounty hunters'?

Chasseur de générosité
according to Altavista's translation webpage.
In ESB, the Admiral says "We don't need those Blade Runner". Well no, he
uses "Chasseur de Primes". But that would have been fun, wouldn't it ?

That was, how you say, transliteration? - "bounty" could definitely be
defined as "treasure," which would lead eventually to "generosity." But
the meaning of the phrase is lost in the literal translation of "bounty
hunter." Obviously.
