Thicker Atmosphere and fulsome magnetic field to protect from cosmic rays better than Mars.
Better temperatures, brighter sunlight, more oxygen in atmosphere, pure surface water and ice.
Faster communication. Shorter trips.
Use rockets (yes!) to get there and to resupply.
