This is going to be an incredibly odd and semi-rude request, but does
anyone have any B-club scans of the Boomer Giant? I'd like to make of
sculpture of the ugly critter, but the screen caps I've yanked from
Double Vision aren't precisely what I'm needing; they provide a rough
shape and proportions, but the Boomer Giant's completely lacking in
fine details during his appearances.

I think there's some lineart drawings of it in the RPG sourcebook, but
they're not the best. I have a .pdf of it right now, but it's not
every good quality scan of it. If you can find an actual copy of the
sourcebook, or a better quality scan, then they might do.

I can email you the .pdf I have anyway, if you'd like.

Even if they're not the best, they're still probably worlds better
than the screen caps I have. I'd be incredibly appreciative if you'd
be able to send the pdf.

I tried man.... tried hosting a 30Mb file on mediafire, but my shitty
connection just won't upload it. Times out before it gets halfway
done. I think there's a torrent for it on the Piratebay though, if
you're willing to do a bit of legwork, but that site seems to be down
too.

Sorry man,

Try Rapidshare or Megaupload.

Hey, no worries. It's not like the fate of the world, nay, the
universe depends on those pictures, lol. I appreciate the effort and
thought, nonetheless. Yeah...The Pirate Bay was pulled, then it was
put back online, then shutdown again, and (I'm sure) it's back online.
The swedes really seem to have it out for that site but I seriously
doubt they'll ever shut it down for good. I've tried digging around
TPB for scans but the only BGC related stuff that came about were DVD
torrents. I'll give a try again, though. Anyway, thanks again.

Thanks for the link; I've downloaded the torrent but there's nobody
seeding at the moment. There were, but by the time I was able to get
my firewall to play nice with uTorrent, they popped offline.

I still see four seeders.

According to TPB, there were, but uTorrent was only reporting one at
the time but my firewall wasn't allowing it to actually do its job;
uploading was fine, downloading wasn't (which is odd because I've
never had issues between torrent applications and Comodo before).
After he popped off, another didn't come along until 4-5 hours after I
posted; BGC reading material isn't apparently super popular with the
downloading masses (much to my irritation, lol). Anyway, the download
completed sometime this morning and I've been looking through it
since. Dartz, you're the man. For everyone else who's been kind enough
to give me a nudge in the right direction and has taken time out of
their day to help, thank you guys very much; I'd still be staring at
grainy screen caps had it not been for your assistance.

This is probably too late, but the boomer giant was missing from
rg.com anyway so you kicked my ass, much appreciated :) This scan is
from the RPG so it is only missing one image that was in the B-Club
which was a detailed shot of the back of the boomer's head. If you
want that image then see the note below the link.

BTW: I guess this is as good a time as any to announce that anyone
here can access the "hidden" digital b-club archive at
ravensgarage.com by going to the link below and then entering the
username and password listed below. Have fun, there's lots to see, and
a big thanks to Igor Lebowski for sending me a copy.

Hey Andy,

You're assistance isn't late at all and it's greatly appreciated;
while the RPG's been a fantastic help, I've been having more than a
few issues when it came to printing off that particular page. I'm far
more inclined to say it's due to the sorry state of my printer than
anything else (it's turning 8 this year). I digress. I've started work
on a basic wire armature, but I probably won't have it completed for
at least another month. The materials (mangled coat hangers donated by
the local dry cleaner) are a little tougher to work with than
anticipated and I'm having some issues getting each side perfectly
symmetrical. Now...here's a question for you (and anyone else who's
helped me out thus far with my pet project): would it be appropriate
taking some liberties with the provided design in order to flesh him
out a little bit more? We've seen his form before and after plating,
but we've never seen his skeletal structure (a brief glimpse from the
RPG shows the gunmetal grey Super Boomer prototype as having one) nor
have we seen the finer aspects of his internal systems. It'll take a
lot more time and effort, but I think it'd be quite worthwhile. I'll
see if I can post pictures on here of the armature in the coming
weeks.

Do you know how many new information we can acquire now that the B-
club is available?! Even the Japanese Wikipedia article has
information we don't have. Yes, my eventual goal is B-Club's
scanlation. I don't trust the RPG.

First image: text under Dr. Raven says RAVEN, text under Mackie says
MACKIE STINGRAY. The text by the arrow says that Mackie is an
apprentice to Dr. Raven.

Second image: text under Fargo says FARGO. The text in the black box
below him says KAUFMANN (SDPC). The arrow says that Kaufmann is a
client of Fargo's. The text below Largo says LARGO. The text below
Nene says NENE ROMANOVA. The text below Leon says LEON MCNICHOL. The
text below Daley says DALEY WONG. No need for a translation of what's
by that arrow. The others lead off to characters not in that shot so
I'm assuming you don't care about those at the moment. (Oh heck: the
two arrows pointing away from Kaufmann and Largo are directed at
someone outside of the shot whom I'm assuming is Flint. Both indicate
they are in collusion with him, and he with them.)

Third image: "Freedom Arms .22 Magnum single-action rimfire, can fire
four shots in rapid succession. 1 3/4 inch."

Fourth image: "Double-tiered pearl necklace."

When I say all the kanji, I mean *all* the kanji, including Daley's
(It leads to Priss.) and Largo's. And I'm not dumb that I don't know
it's their name under their picture. Not professional, Amanda. No
cents for you. :-|

Hey, it's a free sample. I wasn't gonna get paid anyway. And if you
didn't want me to translate the names, then you could've said so.
Anyway, the kanji leading away from Daley says "Rival in
love...?" (lol) Both of the shaded ones linking to Largo say
"antagonist."

The pink shaded area indicates the Knight Sabers. The purple shaded
area indicates Genom. The blue shaded area indicates ADP.

The arrow linking Sylia and Mackie says "Siblings." The arrow linking
Sylia and Mason says "Father's rival." The arrow linking Sylia and
Largo says "The only person who knows Sylia's identity." The arrow
linking Raven and Mackie says "Disciple."

The arrow linking Mason and Largo says "The very same person." The
shaded arrow linking Quincy and Largo says "Antagonist." The arrows
linking both Largo and Kaufmann to Flint say "[In] collusion." The
arrow linking Fargo and Kaufmann says "Client." The shaded arrow
linking Largo with the pink area (the KS) says "Antagonist." The
arrow linking to Largo from outside the shot (presumably Anri is at
the other end) says, literally, "Influx of pieces of data."

The regular arrow linking Todo and Nene says "Boss." The blue shaded
arrow linking them and going out-of-shot says "Antagonist." The arrow
leading from Nene and going out-of-shot says "Lookout." The arrow
leading from Daley out-of-shot (to Priss) says "Rival in love...?"
