Watched BGC and BGC! again!!

This past week I slowly watched the whole series again (to the point where I thought
normal television should be subtitled!).
Anyway, a little nagging question came upon me like a Super Buma -- in episode 6 of
BGC, Quincy mentioned the buma project that was suppose to have been cancelled. He
mentioned the Killer Dolls project of which Largo was defined as. Who started the
project (Genom didn't do it!) and is the project any different from the 33-S types?
What the hell is the Overmind Control System?!?

Completely different projects. The 3-3-S were designed to be like people.
The original "super boomer" project was simply a project to create the
ultimate Boomer. The Boomer girl Cynthia was a USSD project
to conceal the Satellie control system. When Cynthia was destroyed,
Mason recovered the Satellite controller from the bottom of Tokyo Bay.
Largo uses this satellite control system in his "hyper boomer" body.

The OMS is a system that was designed to control all the boomers. The one
who conrols the OMS controls all the Boomers of the world.
