Wow! What a magical experience that must have been! I understand if
the show was private you may not be able to share more details of it,
but if you can, we'd love to hear. We do live vicarously through each
other. :)

Well said.

Wow, Kevin, I'm impressed ... let's see, if my math is correct, that means you
were a fan six years before "Mandy" even came out.
Amazing.
Listen ... every person is entitled to have an opinion ... and, just because
someone expresses an opinion that's anything less than godlike worship, doesn't
mean that person ISN'T a fan.
Who the hell are you to tell everyone else what they can or cannot feel? Who
made you Barry Manilow's Supreme Defender? If you don't like someone's
opinion, either try to refute it intelligently (if that's possible) or, here's
a thought, skip it entirely. And, by the way, quit bragging on yourself, it's
quite nauseating. (By the way, 50 concerts isn't much. I've only been to 100,
which pales in comparison to the HUNDREDS of shows some fans have chalked up
ove the years.)
Next time I accidentally swallow something toxic, I won't call Poison Control
... I'll read one of your posts instead.
I do find however that you are very opinionated. But of course you
have that entitlement as part of (THE CLICK). I do wonder however how
many of you would be fans if Mr Manilow was 5ft 3in tall 230lbs. with a
bald head ?
Anyway you have won you are all powerful. I am nothing but another
annoying fan. From now on I will keep my opinions to myself. I would
like your permission to be able to post any info. I come across? Im
sorry never mind. How could their be any info. that the (CLICK) doesn"t
know about first. One more thing please. Do memorys count as bragging ?
Thanks always Kevin !
Don't forget Bmeskunas, Barry had a career and following long before "Mandy"
came out. A few friends had seen him at "The Baths", performing in Chicago
and in the Catskills from the late 60's (or so). The release of "Mandy"
doesn't mean the beginning of the Manilow fan.

So happy you found my post to be "nauseating" -- I just wanted to do for you
what you did for me, sweetheart.
Kissy kissy!
Yes, I am opinionated. Beyond that, however, I don't think I understood one
thing you said. I'm not exactly sure what Barry's appearance has anything to
do with this subject ... but to each his own.
Ahhhhh The $64,000 question!!! Well if he were, maybe THEN the Can't Smile
rules would be fairer? Oh I better stop!

ROFLMAO! I am so obtuse ... thanks for explaining that to me. I was reading
that post and couldn't figure out, for the life of me, what the deal was with
all the "clicks." (I kept having "Scooby" moments -- "HUH?")
Thanks always Kevin !
I think you just described Mr. T. ........
But "clique" is a French word for "gang". :)

If he had the same voice, the same talent and the same soul -- it wouldn't make
a damn bit of difference to me.
It strikes me that a lot of entertainers are not considered to be society's
ideal of "attractive" (I'm thinking of Elton John here) and I still think they
are awe inspiring.
Reminds me of the song though ... Video killed the radio star.
