Get your facts right. If you really know anything about Barry, he was born
Barry Alan Pincus but Barry's father (Harold Kelliher) left when he was very
young. Pincus was Harold's mother's maiden name, given to Barry as his
family wanted a "Jewish" name. Once Harold left, there was no reason to keep
the name, so for Barry's bar mitzvah, Edna (Barry's mom) had his name
legally changed to her maiden name, Manilow. So his REAL name IS Barry
Manilow.

And all this time, I though "Manilow" was a marketing ploy devised by his
record company. Regardless of how talented he is, if he would have kept the
name Pinus, I highly doubt people would have bought his records.
