(January 14, 1998..before they were way popular) and were hanging out at the
stage door. The opening act was out there, but we didn't know it was them!
And the boys' manager kept walking in and out of the stage door so one time,
she came out and said "AJ wants to say hey" and she had a cell phone...I
just ran up and grabbed it! =oP
He was pretty nice...but it only lasted for about 2 minutes!

It was wayyyy back before they were like MAJORLY famous over here, so I
very much doubt that it would ever happen again! lol. Does anybuddy know
who that guitarist was?? I dunno his name or anything, we didn't even know
he was a guitarist!! It was kinda funny about the opening act though...it
was this black dude and this mexican looking girl with BRIGHT RED hair they
were wearing the same exact jackets (yellow ones)...and we were like "omg
look at her hair" "itz just a tad too bright" lol and then when they walked
out on stage...we felt like idiots!! =oP

OT, but my workmate got to play basketball with the Backstreet Boys when she
was in junior high [she's in college now]. They came to her junior high for a
concert or something and she was in the gym while they were setting up the
stage. So she got to play b-ball with them. They signed all this stuff for
her, but she thought they really wouldn't be all that famous so she threw them
away.. hehehe. Lucky duck.
