FAQ page missing or moved?

Just tried to look at the "new" FAQ page at

http://cook.web.eschelon.com/rlafaq.htm

and "The page cannot be found"

The old page at

http://www.olywa.net/cook/rlafaq.htm

is still there.

Anybody know what's happened?

I don't Usenet much anymore, but here's a very belated reply...

At the time Peter posted, my ISP had probably screwed up my website.
As of mid-October 2008, it's up and running, and FAQ is still
available. However, I haven't updated it since annoucing RLA's death.
I gather he had a couple more books in the pipeline when he passed on;
if they do in fact come out, I'll probably do one last update and
officially freeze the FAQ. It will remain online, at the eschelon
address. (And probably the olywa one as well, but I don't have any
control over that..)
