Barbara has e-mailed me and we've had a bit of exchange.

You are correct, she's quite sharp, does just fine putting the illiterates
here in their place, thank you.

Naturally, her appearance is hardly a factor either way, but there does seem
to be a mild correlation between how folks look inside and how they look
outside.

Have you seen the photos of the various AUK reprobates that are known?

Cannon is obese at close to 300 pounds, at least according to the
process-server.

PJR looks like an alien species with vegetable DNA.

No surprise that Barbara looks proudly healthful.

And I've done a few hours appearing on TV, for various reasons.

Stinkin' camera *does* add 10 pounds, and I battle every morning (via
exercise regimen) with my weight - with reasonable success, but then that
DAMN CAMERA ruined everything.

But arguing before juries has a component of "show business," so even if I
didn't care about my look, I owe a certain duty to my clients. And although
we've never met, I'll wager you stay in shape.

In other news, worthy of newsgroup publication....

Google, Inc., attorneys spoke with me today regarding the lawsuit.

Among other discussions I won't make public, they are looking into some of
the tactics used by the "defamation club" here to utilize Google's
facilities for ill purposes.

I've provided them with some info on the various reprobates, and they don't
sound amused.

There may be some Google policy changes arising from my action, and this was
suggested by Google, I'm not simply speculating.

Google may also take legal action against some defamers, ultimately.
They're pretty much with me on this, even though we're nominally adversaries
at the moment.

I'm betting there will be a good shot at some law changes, too, because the
libel against me is so explicit and openly intended by the various posters;
but getting the law changed, that part is speculative.

Well over 90% of all cases settle, so there's not even a chance to "alter
the law," under ordinary circumstances.

But they may have pushed the envelope so far, in my case, they may wind up
with "new rules" they aren't going to like.

The efforts to LART me over at Comcast are similarly backfiring, a surprise
to me, and surely a surprise to them. Readers and lurkers can see what
they're whining and crying about here:

http://kukpedia.notlong.com

It does appear that their "free speech" talk is a little bit...ahhhh....full
of shit, since Cannon and fellow libelers are openly demanding that Comcast
silence me.

Definitely not the same-old same-old at AUK these days.

Honest John has posted some links from time to time but I don't know if they are really pictures of those reprobates or not. The one with Cannon wearing the flower print mini dress and very stylish pumps shows him as thin so maybe it was taken at a way earlier date and he's gotten obese since???

No surprise there. And Burnore, when viewing his mug shot which he claims isn't even him looks just like Chester the Molester.

She looks clean, natural and proud. Like she's got nothing to hide and knows what's she's all about. And she's got such a cute accent even when she writes.

I bet Rush Limbaugh identifies with you on that one. He's looking pretty porky lately.

It's pretty well been proven that obese people are taken less seriously and treated worse than people who keep their weight in the normal range. A trim, well-dressed, well-spoken, charismatic attorney performing skillfully in front of a jury is a beautiful thing to behold. Substance and style trumps the alternatives every time.

You're correct about me. I'm in excellent physical shape (5'10" and 160-170 lbs depending on training and comptetion schedule) and I have to work hard at it to stay that way. Cycling's my activity. Last year I trained over 10,000 miles. Got half a dozen medals in individual time trials competition. Can ride a 40K in 62 minutes and a 16K in 22 minutes.

Excellent! Why is it that Google is smart enough to respect you while the reprobates don't seem to have a clue as to their situation?

My very first experience with Cannon was being netKKKopped out of the blue by him for "morphing to avoid killfiles" when I never did any such a thing with DataBasux. I had a bunch of sock puppets which is allowed under their TOS but I never morphed them, not a one, to avoid kill files. Anybody who killfiled a sock never had it come back out again because of a change in name or email. Yet, Cannon snitched and lied to Gary about it and Gary believed his little 'enforcer' without even checking for the veracity of his claims. Gary wanted me shut up for the same reason Cannon did.

Cannon mainly wanted to shut me up because I'm a conservative and he's a liberal and I was tearing him and all the other liberals in their local groups a new asshole with my arguments. He decided if he couldn't best me in debate he'd get me booted and that's what he did. He's not a nice person at all.

In order for you and Google to be adversaries, you need to have stated
a claim against them. So, what is your claim against Google?

But trying to LART me, with it backfiring, re Comcast - now we have to add

The only reason they'd have to do that is if they had to implead third
parties. Since they'll never be liable for jack shit, they won't have
to implead anyone. Read Zeran v. AOL you retard.

He's never even going to serve papers on them. Unless he's even
dumber than I think. He's just listed them as a defendant. It's a
common k00ks00t tactic to list everyone in the universe as a defendant
and then serve one or two people at most.

Negative, I am laughing at the arsehole and that arsehole is you,
Phlat_arse hole! There's one thing you need to learn, provided your pea
brain can handle it. Half of what I write is bullshit the other half is
truth. People bright enough to discern which is which I consider my
friends. My friends find me to be kind, loyal and a positive asset. My
enemies learn to fear me as they should. I defeat them each and every
time.

Dullards who cannot discern, I reject. Insight is a valuable commodity
these days and one you lack. You failed my bullshit filter test. You
lack imagination. You are dull witted, paranoid and delusional.

So pity my enemies as they get what you get from me - no respect, no
respect at all. In other words, you small minds get just what you
deserve. Rabble like you are good only for a doormat when I wish to wipe
the dirt from my feet.

Hi, Kevin.

*Even* money? Shit, you better get a real lawyer, like, soon.

And everything I said was 100% true.

What "everyone believes" in a group full of scared hiders hardly matters,
but the my readers know that I've been called a liar about a dozen times now
and my words have been subsequently confirmed in every instance where
confirmation was possible.

People like truth, except when it's not so good, and it's about them.

Folks who've been around a little tend to welcome truth *especially* when
it's bad and about them.

At any rate, I have site stats. For whatever reason, hundreds are at least
*seeing* the truth - whether they want to believe it or not:

That's very funny. And I mean that in the _laughing at_ rather than

Kevin, you're such a dummy. Rhonda already let the cat out of the bag in a

The attorney isn't a coward, Rob. And Google isn't the Almightly.
Google's legal unit wrote once to me (after I complained about my
defamers and cyberstalkers to them) that they will change things when
a federal judge rules that they should change something. In other
words, Google basically wrote that they will obey federal rulings.
Nothing to fear....

Dear imp,

A couple of ass holes from a sci. fi. group (Kent & Roger)? made a post
that they thought was funny about the caliber of people that Atlas hired
at his law office and Atlas didn't like it, and said so.

Then the "Gay Caballers" of AUK (a.k.a. Ko0kologists) started in on
Atlas for complaining by reposting the original post and referring to
the original post constantly.

Then Atlas filed a law-suit against the "Gay Caballers" for playing
"dog-pile" on top of Atlas and all the "Gay Caballers" have run off and
are in hiding, like Pinku-Sensei and Art Deco and a bunch of other ass
holes who liked to "poke fun" at posters who they deemed "odd" by their
standards.

Since Coward Pinky Sue (The FNVW) has run-off with her tail between her
legs, I have taken-over AUK and "Outlawed" the extremely stupid practice
of Award elections !!

'alt.usenet.kooks' (AUK) is a lot nicer place to post to now.....

This should bring you "up-to-date"....

These are not the sharpest folks.

They are literally discussing this case publicly, calling it a "kooksuit."

Then they will try to convince a judge they've neither intended nor acted to
defame me.

It's as if Scott Peterson went to his trial and sat there holding a fishing
pole.

This is not what the attorney said. He just left a door open to add
more defamer and libelers to his law suit if he should obtain more
data regarding the identity of his defamers. He studied the laws.
--------
Exactly, it's standard pleading procedure, utterly routine.

No one's sued a "newsgroup," nor has anyone sued "everyone that offended
him."

Everyone, it seems, wants to be a lawyer on Usenet.

Maybe I'll trade with them. They can let me be a doctor on Usenet. My
rates are very low, and I'll treat the whole family!

Actually, no. Better would be if the people who need lawyers just call
lawyers, and the rest STFU. Not holdin' my breath, just FTR.

Rhonda, attorneys need clients to make a living. If they are defamed,
people don't give them any business. You should have seen this case
coming... He doesn't harass by filing a lawsuit to get rid of
defamation against him and his lawfirm. He probably had no other
choice.
------------
Bingo, Barb.

These dolts have intended - and confessed!! - their purpose to get my name
up in the Google results, and have it linked to the defamation.

I would give even-odds that Rhonda could wind up with the highest judgment
against her in the case, even though others defamed more seriously.

I have far better things I'd like to do than this suit. They've forced me
into it, and no matter who wins, everyone will lose. That's AUK philosophy;
never add anything to the world, always make it worse.

Anybody can see that you and your law firm is the target of a
defamation campaign, Charles. Judge and jury would be completely blind
not realizing what is going on and what harm such posters can do to
somebody's career.

They do this to all other kinds of people and businesses but I think
they are more than dumb picking an attorney for this kind of
defamation campaigns. Really, really stupid. Perhaps it is your fate
to get a handle on this lawlessness in Usenet.

>
> I would give even-odds that Rhonda could wind up with the highest judgment

She doesn't want to see it, and I am afraid one day the judge or a
jury will tell her and the others how wrong their behavior is.

>
> I have far better things I'd like to do than this suit.

That is what I thought too. I understand why you sued them. If I put
myself in the shoes of a client and would google the attorneys names
or the name of the law firm and lots of kook stuff would come up, I
sure would be able to see that it is defamation campaign BUT (and here
it comes) as anybody is always so busy, I would not have the time to
figure out with those many postings what is going in there and then I
likely would go with a law firm who is not negatively mentioned... And
this means loss of business for you, and this is why I understand that
you sued your defamers.

Besides business, also family, neighbors, and friends count. Anybody
who checks your name wonders....

And there are also judges, police, and prosecutors, etc. You have to
work with them. If you don't sue and demand from your defamers to take
the defamation and libel down, they would wonder why you didn't do it
and if there is truth to it. They defamed your real name not just a
nick name that you are using. What other choice you have?

>They've forced me
> into it, and no matter who wins, everyone will lose.  That's AUK philosophy;

I know, Charles. And I am sure they messed with the wrong person by
targetting you.

Once the name of the judge is known, they likely defame him too. They
are lose cannons. No pun intended.

I am not without compassion myself...well, actually, it's close...

Just keep in mind that there is a legal system explicitly *because* of guys
like Deco.

If everyone could utilize human reasoning, there'd be minimal need for laws,
police, and all the rest.

Most law is like animal control departments. It may not be the rabid dog's

Charles is an attorney, Sarah. Filing a law suit doesn't mean that you
can't make any use of your constitutional right of freedom of speech
anymore.

There is a high possibility that when Charles would not more post
anymore that his defamers and libelers would think that he is not
present and would defame him and his law firm even more than before.

That's not the issue, Barbara. Attorney ethics require that an
attorney not communicate directly with an opposing party represented
by counsel.

She knows it's all crumbling down. I got a truckload of info on her today.

She knows I have it, it's as simple as counting from 3 to 6.

There's a lot of misconduct in the file - lying about her address, living
with various men, all stuff you'd expect.

Texas addys, Florida addys, NJ addys, just what you'd expect of a transient
on the run.

There's a real Kevin Fries that probably won't appreciate Rhonda's identity
theft, or more precisely hijacking.

Service is still dodgy - she's an unemployed transient. But she's about to
see a truckload of info published that she ain't going to like.

That doesn't happen if she simply has her lawyer accept service, and she's
repeatedly told us all how bad it will be for me when she counterclaims.

Curious why she's furiously dodging this opportunity to take me down.

I'd think living a life of lies and bitterness would be more difficult than
simply facing up to what you've become.

But that's just me

Anyone know who this Allard guy is, he keeps popping up in the file?

Hey, are you the lawyer they based that lawyer with an office in the

Maybe he's one of the various men she's been living with before she
started pretending to be a man named Kevin Fries.

I would never hire you as a lawyer, but for some light entertainment on

Actually, I want to thank you for your assistance.

And I have noticed that clients seem to like a lawyer who fights for truth,
never stops, that kinda' thing.

Does and says things consistently. Understands his clients' needs and
advocates for them...almost as he would for himself.

Tends to attract top-rate staff, and other honest professionals.

I certainly wouldn't hire this clown, he's in danger of getting this case

Hey, stupid people, it's called negotiation. There is no "threat." There is

Fact: information will be published,
Fact: negotiate and information might not be published in consideration.
