Name of Zmuda's book?

I feel like such a futzin' idiot and all, but, I gotta ask:

Can you please tell this fan what the heck is the name of Zmuda's book?
And can anyone recommend any other good books or whatever about Andy?

Unnecessary Exposition: I've been a Kaufman fan for a while. A while for me,
anyway. I was a little kid when I discovered him and have always been
interested, but an opportunity to learn about him has only come up recently.
So God bless Scott Alexander, Larry Karazewski (spelling?), Milos Forman, Bob
Zmuda, Jim Carrey, George Shapiro, and Danny DeVito for finally - FINALLY -
giving me the chance to find out about this brilliant guy. And for finally
giving Caroline Rhea a part in a movie. Love her.

Don't get too excited about Rhea's appearance--it's virtually non-existent.

i really dislike that woman. but norm macdonald is going to be in it somewhere.

Next time click on www.amazon.com and do a search for Andy Kaufman. That way
you don't have to let us all know you feel like an idiot. Unless you like that
sort of thing.

Norm plays Michael Richards in the Fridays segment. His part is really small,
too. There are tons of brief cameos in the film, most of which are people
playing themselves. I'm sort of curious as to why Michael Richards opted not to
take part.
