Can I lift your spirits a little?

I just came across Command Review volumes 1 and 2 at the [March 16, 2013] Lexington, KY Comic Con and just had to buy them both. I really want to find more....

I first found out about Albedo by reading about Usagi Yojimbo and was drawn in first by the cover art, then by the things I read about the story.

I have only started reading, but I can already tell that this is going to be a journey like no other comic in this genre has sent me on.

Considered it lifted :3

Albedo is a classic in its genre, and as Ernest Hemingway once said, a
classic is something everyone has heard of but nobody reads. Admittedly
Ernie was talking about Izaak Walton's Compleat Angler (have you read
it? I have), but in this case actually finding copies has become
something of a problem, particularly as Steve Gallacci hasn't produced
an issue of Albedo since 2005. OTOH he says (in a recent LiveJournal
entry) that he's working on bringing it back online again some time this
year, and he has been more active in FurAffinity, and getting his art
on. You can probably get in touch with him there.

BTW Command Review was issued in four volumes, the first three by
Thoughts & Images (Steve's old outfit) in 1986-89, and the fourth by
Antarctic Press in 1994.

I first became acquainted with Albedo around 1992 or so, and I
eventually got in the habit of haunting a local comixmongeries to see if
the new issue had arrived - I eventually wised up and got a subscription.

Anyhow, I hope you like what you read.
