I found a great set of curtains at Salvation Army and was wonderling if
anyone has a good "pattern" for a circle skirt. The curtains are a bit
over 60" wide about the same in length. My waist measures 33" and waist
to floor down legs is about 37" As you may be able to tell, I'm hardley
a seamstress. I have several patterns for a straight gathered skirt and
a gored skirt, but I loved the fullness of the circle skirt I got from
Pendragon.

Thanks a bunch!

The "pattern" that I use is from Lara's site, The Tangled Web:
http://member.aol.com/lclacemker/frameset1.html.

60" isn't 2 yards, and the skirt you like is probably from at least 3
yards. If you sew the two panels together, that will put you very close to
the 3 yard mark. Her directions are clearer & better than I could manage.
Happy sewing!
