A dozen, a gross, and a score
Plus three times the square root of four
Divided by seven
Plus five times eleven
Equals nine squared plus zero, no more.

i wish people would stop posting the same old pentium joke. it's too
easy to make pentium jokes. pentium jokes are dumb and no longer funny.
it's gotten to the point where you can't post a single number or
equation without someone saying "unless you have a pentium, in which
case it equals 31.123813".

I prefer to think that the fact that my jokes are more forced than
other peoples' jokes means that I'm a really *forceful* person.

Notice how I'm forcing you to keep reading this thread, even though
you hate pentium jokes!

My newsreader informs me there is now a group called
"alt.jokes.pentium". I thought this should go there. Followups set
appropriately.

The news groups line does include alt.brain you know, Andy.
It is quite possible we are dealing with some who is
desperately trying to upgrade here. The c in jaycjay stands
for "computer", as in the simple computer brain the mice
offer Arthur Dent in _Restuarant_. In this case, I think the
computer is a '586, hence the fixation.
