"grab lunch" ---- [Let's grab lunch.]
"shoot me an email" -- [I'll shoot you an email]

(what are some other annoying expressions like these?)

Are these all pretty recent?
Is there a Web page dicussing these? I couldn't find one.

i guess i find "reach out" most annoying of them all.

i also hate "game-changer"
