Science is the ultimate religion that guides its blind beliefers into
desparation. they think they know. their mathemathical formulae are but
a cardhouse, it seems to be correct as long the conditions hold. they
forget that nature is not what is written by man, and only the keen
observer is able to see.

the betterment of humanity." Nikla Tesla

First of all, Tesla didn't give us AC. Nor did he give us "long distance"
power transmission and the basic concepts of the grid- these mainly depended
on the transformer (Gaullard & Gibbs) He did give us the polyphase
induction motor and the idea of polyphase AC systems as opposed to single
phase. This, along with the transformer, made the use of large, remote
sources economically feasible.
As far as I am concerned these were his major contributions. He certainly
made other contributions during his lifetime (as did others) and the SI
unit of magnetic flux density is named after him.
Making him an overunity guru is an insult to his memory.
He turned out many patents some of which didn't work and others which were
unproven - particularly in his later years when he had become mentally
unstable- his financial support dried up when his backers realized this.

Note that his high voltage device in Colorado was simply a large "Tesla
Coil"- quite dramatic but really a relatively low energy RF transformer.

Your concept of science is really quite puerile- is it based on "ignorance
is bliss"?

Some engineer applying known facts of energy and science of course.

Try getting an education.

I disagree, you were not there when he was. It's easy for you to argue
without his present.

I agree

Americans don't like foreigners to get ahead, that's part of his problems.
Tesla .went through his emotional breakdown as a result, his panic to
regain his fame is understandable. I see evey part of his life day by day,
and year by year. The world should appreciate Nicola Tesla, not the hyped
Tesla Motors..
