"The NYS Department of Health coordinates an annual "Tree of Life"
ceremony memorializing EMS personnel who died in the line of duty. This
year two more "leaves" were added to the tree; one for Matthew Lamb, of
Empire Ambulance who died in an MVA, and one for Deborah Reeve, who took
