Obviously, Elvis invited YOU to Hawaii back in March, 1977, please post your exclusive photos for us!

I bought a copy of Sean Shaver's full color, limited edition, oversize
"The Life of Elvis Presley" back in 1979, dear. It's a great book.
And guess what? NO photos from Hawaii 1977!
Have a nice day, "chuck" ... or let's just call you "chuckina."

Um, since YOU only mentioned one book, I referenced Shaver's best work.
I own another that features much worse images ... blurry, retouched,
really a mess.
"FOUR (if not 5) books"?
Titles would be nice. Or are those on loan too?
What's your real name, by the way, "chuckina"?

I almost feel better knowing he was fooling around with Rosemary. It's
funnier that way.

Guilty as charged, probably. After all, I did say you were charming. But I
still forgive you. Anyone that full of anger has "issues."
I hope the photo of Ann-Margret helps assuage your pain. She did wonders for
Elvis' mood, so why not yours?
Doesn't it give you any perspective at all to read the touching
thoughts Sean Shaver wrote about flowers among the weeds,
or to read what Rebecca wrote about her Dad? She's in exponentially more pain
than you are, yet she manages to be kind and gracious. She even wrote me that
she hoped she hadn't been too selfish in posting that tribute. Now there's a
flower.
Particularly after what Danny Pearl went through, there is nothing you could
ever say that would have the effect you evidently so desperately desire. We are
all Jews now. My thoughts are elsewhere.
Love and kisses,
Your Secret Admirer
P.S. Who do you suppose it was who wrote Cathy and
Angeline requesting them to delete their posts in which
they "copied" your personal information, and instructing
them how to do it? Any idea? And did you notice they both
graciously complied? Of course, the author of the main
post refused to comply. You're examining your own navel
too much to grasp the big picture.

It was their father, Lt. Colonel Alden who performed the induction oath
to Elvis & the rest of the guys at the US Army induction ceremony.
The back of his head is pictured on bubble gum cards, books, and pop-up
greeting cards.
Wonder if he's still alive? The back of his head is famous!!!

So, you post under "chuck" and "brio" ... TWO pseudonyms, what a thrill.
Show some integrity and post under your a single name in the future,
perhaps the gender-identifying one you use in real life, you Elvis fan,
you!
I know it but, unlike you, I don't condone posting personal information
on the internet without permission.
By the by, newsgroup posts cannot be permanently deleted, so your
supposed acts of contrition are meritless.

LOL! Coming from you, that's priceless! Thanks for the best laugh of the day.
By the way, if you knew musical terms, you'd know the meaning of both
scherzando and brio and wouldn't be such a sourpuss. I'm shocked you didn't get
it in a heartbeat.
<<

Unlike you dear, I try to qualify my remarks with "if I'm not mistaken" or "if
I'm remembering correctly." Don't you find it embarrassing to continue to make
blanket remarks that are totally wrong?
If you don't believe it, just watch how fast some of these posts are going to
disappear. Cathy and Angeline aren't on this thread; otherwise they could tell
you how they took OFF their posts with your personal information.
Geez, I gave you credit for being way too smart. And here I thought I was a
good judge of character. Well, I freely admit I was wrong.
He came over to the house several times with his family
and was very charming but - how do I say this - he was nicer
to me than to his own wife, who he'd reconciled with
years earlier. I thought she deserved better, so I was sad,
but not that sad, when he passed away. He passed away, oh,
around ten years ago, something like that.

You were always condescending and hateful to everyone on this NG no matter
which name you were posting under, that's why it was such a big story when
you were outed. You were difficult to like.
The difference may hard for you to grasp - but face it, Chuck is a great
person, credit to the Elvis world and makes 100 of you.

On the possiblility of deleting messages from the Google archive:
It's not as simple as just pointing to the the message and clicking on
delete, so it remains a drastic measure that should be reserved only
for when you write something so stupid (ha, stop wondering why this is
the first one I found the need to delete) or so offensive that you are
mortified to see it in print with your name signed to it, or in this
case, for when you carelessly repeat the original offense of violating
someone's privacy (even though the record would have shown that I was
vehemently voicing the opinion that the original message was over the
edge).
So, by and by, it can be done. It has been done. I did it. Yes,
urged and kindly assisted by you.
