In the mid-70's there was a woman by the name of Patricia Parke who
took Elvis to court over a paternity issue,,she lost the case, but I
just wondered of anyone knew more about it,,or if there are court
documents available to the public about it?

Dunno if it was Patricia Parker's alleged offspring by Elvis but during the
1980s I saw a TV talk show which featured a young woman who claimed to be
Elvis's illegitimate daughter.
Frankly, I suspect she may actually be his child based on what I saw and
heard.

Oh get it, now. This Sergio fellow who rallys for Marty' support all
the time dosen't have that big a fixation on Marty per se, it is simply
that he has no comprehension of Truth or Fiction whatsoever, and
therefore has no ability to distinguish between the two.

What else could cause him to post this kind of idocy?

The only "validity" this lady had was that she was on a photo with Elvis
(like hundreds of other female fans)

Elvis through a lie detector test and blood test proved through the courts he
was NOT the father. Did he father other children?
Wouldn't surprise me in the least.

Assuming the above is directed at me, sorry, but I don't recall the exact
program. Could have been Sally Jessy Raphael. I think it was a show dedicated
to the purported illegitimate offspring of famous people. They also had the
alleged illigitimate son of former President Johnson and his mother, and the
guy looked quite like his alleged father. Years after LBJ's death it did come
out that he was quite the playboy before and after his presidency. As it turns
out, I read that the alleged son died (of cancer, I think) a few years after
the show aired.
As far as the purported Elvis daughter, all I can say is that I'm typically
quite skeptical but this young woman DID look uncannily like Elvis. She was a
brunette and as I recall also had a quite plausible story.
Personally, I suspect that Graceland paid her off, as she's apparently not
been heard from since the show aired.

I find it regrettable that you are so in denial about Elvis that you can't
acknowledge that he may have illegitimate offspring.
Then again, what can one say about a Yugo of an Elvis fan who has illusions
of being a Stutz?

Patricia Parker was investigated and found to be involved in a fraud against
Elvis and it was discovered that she was in cahoots with a former NBC TV
executive.

They didn't think Elvis would go so far as to take a blood test but he did and
it was found that he was not the father of her child and had never been with
her. They thought he'd just pay her off to avoid any publicity. Elvis was mad
at the entire situation, he knew she was a phony anf was determined expose her.
