1)Excelsior College
Used to be called "Regents College" and "University of the State of
New York," where "Dr." Douglas earned his 2 bachelors degrees in a
wonderfully short time as part of the double-quickie deal. Not a real
school but a testing-for-credit facility that gives one college
credits for passing exams. Exam-helper booklets are sold to
familiarize one on what exams to expect. If you're familiar with the
tricks of doing multiple-choice exams, this is indeed a cheap way to
earn college credits. Many have claimed no knowledge in a subject
area and was able to just made it through the exams.
2)Thomas Edison State College
CPR, first-aid, and guitar playing are made college-level credits. A
great and easy second chance program for college drop-outs.
The much-touted graduate programs, which are all on probation by its
accreditor.
3)Touro International University
A branch campus of Touro College in New York, which is currently put
on probation by the New York Board of Regents for substandard
academics. Much is touted about this institution, which is a fairly
new player in the distance-learning Ph.D. business, and Degreeinfo
seems not to mind that, but only others. Masters of Business
Administration program requires no proctors. Watered down Ph.D can be
done in 2 years.
4)Union Institute and University
Another place for quickie Ph.D's that's now placed on probation by the
Oregon Office of Degree Authorization for its mickey-mouse doctoral
programs. Low rank, and ill-reputated, as shown in an article in the
prestigious Chronicle of Higher Education

Union allows its learners to package together any programs they like,
and Rich Douglas even got his buddy John Bear to sit on his committee,
speaking of conflict of interest. "Dr." Douglas was able to earn his
Ph.D. in 9 months, using work done from the unaccredited Greenwich
University once owned by John Bear, and the fraudulent Monterrey
Institute of Graduate Studies.

They do have a pretty good system. They look at the level of education
they have and then tell everyone that what they have is the best and
is proved by research, as in Duggle Ass, of the disappearing
dissertation fame. Why would a man proud of earning a Ph.D. from an
institution he claims to be so fine, hide so desperately his work of
years, actually months, but he claims years. You'd think he would very
much want to show it around and bragg on its quality, instead he hides
it as if it was a case of diarrhea. You just know if it was much he
would show it to the world, but he knows, don't you 'Duggle Ass'? it
really is a piece of crap that any legitimate Ph.D. would rip apart as
garbage. If the thing is really good, and it really proves the things
you say it does, I challenge you to reveal it to the world. If you
don't have the balls to show it and defend it then shut the hell up
about it. I put it to you just like this Duggle Ass. If you aren't man
enough to prove it really says what you say it does then stop quoting
from an unreleased, hidden, buried, dissertation. It is very simple to
prove me and your critics wrong, but you can't can you, BECAUSE, we
are right, and you dare not show it, CORRECT. It must be hard to live
your life as a fake and a liar. Every time you post your lies there
are more to cover up. Even your friends at DI are laughing at you

For anyone new, here we see three of the names the infamous degree
mill shiller is using. Dr Bear with the books he has written and the
work he has done with the FBI has put quite I dent into their
operations. These attacks are their way paying him back for hampering
their illegal activities. What pathetic lives they must have. LOL!

things,the billfolds of people who followed his horrible advice in his
guides. All the schools he listed and didn't say one negative word
about. People contacted those schools and got degrees from them. Bear
made money from three of them directly,Columbia Pacific, Fairfax and
Greenwich University. Yes, Bear dented many billfolds shilling for his
own pet unaccredited schools. John Bear, just how many degrees did you
sell from Greenwich? How many students did you tell that Greenwich was
a good school? How many thousands of people followed your guides and
got unaccredited degrees? which you now say are nearly useless. I hope
you enjoyed your little vacation in Hawaii, about a year and a half,
wasn't it? People who bought your degrees will have to live with your
little fun time for a life time, and when morons like Douglas get on
and criticize your graduates, do you defend them? NO. Do you say one
positive word for people who bought degrees from the school you
started, Fairfax? NO. You spent 5 years working at Columbia Pacific
University. A man spends 5 years at a school isn't making any
mistakes, he's doing what he likes. Why did you include the names and
addreses of degree mills in the first editions of the guide? Why did
you still say in 1997 that unaccredited degrees often work in the
business world? In the 1997 guide, edition 12, you say not one
negative word about Kennedy Western, LaSalle University, Summit
University and many others, not one "single" negative word, and you
expect people to read your mind and know that LaSalle was a mill. You
describe your damned books as guides. All you did was guide people
into giving you their money. Bear was a shill and now tries to
re-write history and look like a hero. And fools like pnwman help him
do it. Bear isn't the victim here. The victims are the people who
bought his guides not knowing the things were nothing more than a list
of schools, no guide was provided. The heroes are the people who live

only to tell them they're useless afterwards. He tries to remain
"neutral" on his recommendations as owners of these schools but who
the fuck on earth will be neutural on the product they promote?

Rich Douglas is another shitface who has made himself a total clown in
almost all distance-ed discussion forums.
For those who don't know, he applied, enrolled, and endorsed the false
legitimacy of the fraudulent degree mill MIGS, and misled others to
waste their hard earned money to apply there. When this timebomb blew
up in his cock, he lied about having enrolled despite signing the
letters "Ph.D candidate" behind his name whenever he puked.
He lied about not being an employee at the unaccredited Greenwich when
he wrote that he cashed his paycheque from there. He's the only loser
who would lie about that especially he cashed a cheque issued by his
employer.
He wrote a fucked up dissertation and now he puts it on top of the
water tank of his toilet. He's just too chickenshit to reveal his
work to anyone, but it sure is funny how he shits everywhere about it
before.
The most fucked up thing is that he now teaches at the unaccredited

In case anyone hasn't realized it yet, the nameless troll "Pnwman" is
Dennis Mandarang from Degreeinfo, a site associated with a publication
written by an author of, in my view, questionable integrity- the
owning of 3 unaccredited schools, Columbia Pacific, Greenwich, and

According to expert "Dr." Douglas, neither of these schools have
recognized accreditation. None are recognized in the academia. None
are considered "universities."
Also according to Johnny Bear, one needs one's alma mater to be there
to provide transcripts and record keeping, and the majority of the
unaccredited schools do not survive very long. I wonder if Johnny
Bear actually disclosed that to his buyers when he promoted his 3
unaccredited schools.
