I see in Peterson's Independent Study Catalog that there are such courses
at Penn State, Southern Illinois, University of California, University of
Minnesota, and a dozen others.

- If you mean individual courses, you're definitely in luck -- folks will
be flooding you with responses. (Or if they aren't, let me know
and I'll name a few possibilities.)
- If you mean a Bachelor's program/major, Regents College
(http://www.regents.edu) and Thomas Edison State College
(http://www.tesc.edu) both offer undergraduate programs in
art with significant coursework required in art history.
- If you mean a Master's program, California State University/Dominguez
Hills (http://www.csudh.edu/hux) offers a M.A. in the Humanities
with emphasis in Art, and most of the art courses in the program
focus on art history. Most British/Australian universities
offering nonresident/short residency programs also have a
specific Art History degree at graduate level.
Good luck!

Tom
