Online training/Exam Requirement

Hi,

I am looking for an online resource which can give me an overview or
help me select an online training/assessment site for my company. We
have want to start to offer online certification in certain specific
areas of IT and consider online exams (and possibly accompanying
training) as a means to facilitate this.

What are we looking for:
- Software or a hosting company, which can facilitate online training
and exams
- Can manage 'paying users'.
- Can be created with a consistent look of company standards
- Is lite, simple and cheap.

Who has experience with a similar requirement and/or facilitating
company/software.
