2. Listed in the Commonwealth Universities Yearbook.
3. Accredited by an agency recognized by the Council on Higher
Education
Accreditation in Washington.
4. Accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Dept. of of
Education.
5. Listed in the World Education Series, published by PIER, the
Project in
International Education Research (a consortium of many agencies).
6. Listed by NOOSR, the Australian National Office on Overseas Skills
Recognition.

Berne University is listed in the International Handbook of
Universities (16th edition, UNESCO Publication).

And, as John has reported after his latest sojurn to the AACRO annual
meeting (college registrars), almost NO ONE accepts the International
Handbook, and nearly every registrar on the planet recognizes that St.
Kitts accreditation is worthless.

Ergo, Since Berne relies on both for its legitimacy, the degree is almost
