This is probably the second most important product I’ve ever found in
my life, and one that is relatively inexpensive. I can’t say enough
about it, which I’ve been introduced to a year ago. I no longer buy
any other herbal tea. It’s hand-picked from the rain forests of the
Amazon, and retains all of its life energy. It makes the body
tingle, and is the only substitute I’ve been able to find for coffee
to pick me up which I’m totally allergic to (caffeine). It has no
side effects, no reverse downer effect, like eating sugar or drinking
coffee has, and even is good to put one to sleep, as it works both
ways. It has something like 82 different nutrients. And, although
it’s more expensive than regular herb tea, you can get a months supply
for around $10-$15 US, and drink 3-4 cups a day, and, when you see
what it does for your health, that’s a real bargain.
And when you use the revitalized water to boot, you get an extra
energy lift.

D. KOMBOUCHA TEA
This product is just about on a par with the Guayaki tea. It was
discovered some years ago while investigating a group of people in
Russia who had identical living and eating habits to all other
Russians, except that these people lived long healthy lives, while the
rest of the population got sick and died at a normal level. The only
thing found different was that they brewed and drank a special tea
called Komboucha, which, apparently has been used for centuries in
that part of the world. Much has been written about this incredible
product, with it’s immune-enhancing benefits. All I can say is that,
previous to about 5 year s ago, I caught colds and flu, etc. like
anyone else, quite regularly, and in the last 5 years, have never had
more than several mild colds which lasted but a few days. So,
personally, I recommend it. If you’re lucky, and you can find someone
with a “mother” culture (a kind of mushroom-fungus ), you can grow it
yourself, renewing the culture every 7-12 days, making a “baby”
culture, and keeping it indefinitely. You prepare it with very cheap
ingredients, including white sugar, black tea, and green tea, added
to boiling water, in which you add the culture, plus some of the
previously-made komboucha, and store it in a dark place for 7-12 days,
where the sugar and tea undergoes a complete chemical transformation,
losing all the negative qualities of the original product (which
normally isn’t good for you), whereby it acts as a food for growing
the culture, and simultaneously adding tremendous nutrients from the
fermentation process acting on the culture into the water, resulting
in a sparkling bubbly liquid not unlike a kind of wine (but 100%
non-alcoholic, in terms of drinking alcohol) but instead a fermented
drink which is very good for the body. So, if you’re 100% allergic to
regular alcohol, even drinks with a tiny fraction of a percent of
alcohol, like I am, this drink is the answer. It’s delicious to say
the least, although a small number of people, like my wife, can’t
stand the smell even from 5 feet away.
I drink about 2 gallons a week, or 3 large glasses a day, and the cost
is under $10 per month.
When I prepare this drink, using the revitalized water, of course,
after the 7-12 day fermentation process is completed, I store it in
mason jars, and add a heaping teaspoon of Guayaki Amazon tea. So,
when I drink the cooled beverage (a.k.a. a kind of iced tea) a few
hours or a few days later, guess what? I have the most delicious drink
I’ve ever tasted in my life, filled to the brim with life energy that
courses through my body, raises my energy level dramatically in a few
seconds and lasts for 3-5 hours, and contributes to the powerful
immune system that I now enjoy.
First, just to make sure you like the taste, go to a health food
store. Most carry ready-made bottles of komboucha (at ridiculous
prices, like $30 for a litre, which I drink in a single day!), without
the culture inside. Still, you need to do this to make sure you are
going to like the taste. It will probably taste slightly different
when you make it yourself, and each time you brew it, the taste is
never identical.
The downside with the Komboucha is as you might have guessed, by
now, that you need to find someone already making the culture, who
can supply you with a baby culture. There are people all over the
world using this product, and I have found a web site by Günther
Frank where he promotes his book "KOMBOUCHA: Healthy Beverage and
Natural Remedy from the Far East” , that you can get from Chapters.com
(they will ship anywhere in the world) or directly from him. I
recommend that you buy this book. although the web site contains
links which explains the numerous health benefits of komboucha. There
isn’t a condition of the body that it doesn’t seem to help with or
remedy. He also has a list of people all over the world who are
willing to supply people with starter baby cultures. Some will have
to be picked up personally, as they don’t ship. Other will ship to
you. The cost in most cases is minimal, like $5-10 plus shipping.
Some even give them away. These people are mainly just interested in
sharing the joy they’ve found from using komboucha. Once you start,
you can also add your name to this list, by submitting your name to
Gunther. I just found out about this today as I was trying to figure
out a way for you to find a culture. I don’t have the time to
personally try to ship my own baby cultures to people all over the
world. I do manage to supply an ever growing number of ECK friends
living in the Vancouver area.

E. FOOD AS MEDICINE
There are many good books on good nutrition and natural healing on
the market these days. On the top of my list is the Zone diet, which
treats food as medicine. There is a lot of scientific data to back it
up, and it teaches us to maintain good health, and live without
fatigue, being always in the “zone”, an athletic term of feeling on
top of the world, physically and mentally The essence of this diet is
to eat the proper balance of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats with
each meal. You learn to eat less without cravings, and every time
you eat, you heal your body of negative health conditions including
diseases. The toxic energy and stress levels are kept to a minimum.
A new edition is now out called, “Mastering the Zone” by Dr. Barry
Sears. MD, the creator of this marvellous eating regimen. I strongly
recommend this book to read. I combine this diet with the second
book on my favourite list, called “Fit for Life” by Harvey and
Marilyn Diamond. This book covers an important area that is ignored
by the Zone diet, which is that of proper food combining. This
simply tells you what foods should be eaten together for proper
acid-alkaline balance, and therefore digestibility and proper enzyme
function. There is a third book which I use only to eliminate or cut
down the foods that are toxic to my blood type, which is called, “Eat
Right for Your Type” by Dr. Peter J. D’adamo.
For people with severe health problems, I’ve been told (courtesy of
Sri Harold) that the Body Ecology Diet by Donna Gates is worth looking
into, although I’ve not read it. I hear that it’s a bit hard to do,
but gets results for those who need it. It’s for people who need to
recover their health and their immune systems.

F. GARY NULL
I saw a 2 hour special on Gary Null on PBS, the public information
channel, last year. He is in a class by himself, believe me. He has
spent many years travelling all over the world searching for all the
ways to keep the body from aging. He is probably the foremost expert
on the planet on anti-aging. He is very spiritual, soft-spoken, and
his work is very thorough, utilizing all the latest scientific
research on anti-aging. He cllaims that he used to have all grey
hair, and after applying some of the ideas he discovered with respect
to diet and lifestyle, all his hair turned black, and grows so fast,
an inch every week, that he has to have a haircut every week. He is
the picture of super health, and looks ageless. I don’t know quite
what he teaches, other than proper eating and lifestyle habits. Much
of the detailed information is contained in different books, audios
and videos that he sells, none of which I’ve had the opportunity to
purchase as yet, but he’s on my list. I did preview his web site, and
it’s a winner. He also sells many different types of supplements
which reverse aging.
All I can recommend is for you to go to the web site, read every link
you can find, which will take you quite a while, but will be well
worth it, and, if you can afford it, purchase one of his main books to
get a feel for what this man knows, like his main book, GARY NULL’S
ULTIMATE ANTI-AGING PROGRAM.
One of the things his research came up with is that we can reprogram
our DNA.
I saved the 2 hour tape, but haven’t watched it in many months, so I
forget the specific details of what he said. All I remember is that I
was heavily impressed with everything he had to say about everything,
and it was all about longevity. The book listed above will probably
contain the information you will be looking for regarding everything
imaginable about anti-aging. He is also a long distance runner, and
has much to say about exercise.
He also has a lot to say about the psychological factor that motivates
people to change their lifestyles, and gives them the impetus to start
and complete a health rebuilding program. He has probably studied
this factor more than any other, which is why he has such an
incredible success rate with people who try his regimen. And even if
you don’t, the one you do try might work better with his ideas, so you
won’t sabotage what you are trying to do, as so many people end up
doing. He helps people to get rid of the self-destructive habits
that stop them from losing weight and getting healthy. A few years
ago, as he said on the video, he wasn’t getting top results with his
work, because too many of the people who started on his
health-rebuilding programs stopped before completion, so, when he
incorporated the psychological factor, his results zoomed to near
perfect levels, and has consistently stayed that way. Therefore, he
discovered that, without the inner psychological or spiritual
motivation, and all the factors associated with these levels, like
self-worth, self-love, etc. most people will fail when they try a
program, because their own programs for self-destruction override the
health programs. He sells some very inexpensive videos on the
psychological factor which you might consider trying, even if you
follow a different health rebuilding system. Only you know if you have
those self-destructive habits which stop you from fulfilling your goal
of pefect health, and, if you do, you owe it to yourself to spend the
$20 or so to find out how to eliminate those habits. You can
incorporate some ECK ideas with what’s in the tape, as I usually do
whenever I study people’s methods of self-help. Another person who
can show you how to heal yourself from destructive habits is LOUISE
HAY. She has some very good books out, like YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE,
where she shows you how to reprogram your subconscious, and remove
negative destructive mental and emotional habits that are the root

Read all the links, especially the “documents section” . From “a” to
‘z”, he has something to say about everything and it’s all worth
reading about. For example, he supports the idea that the publicly
held views about HIV and Aids is all wrong, and backs it up with tons
of evidence. I like this because I also read a lot of this evidence
on Aids years ago, and came to the same conclusion. He also has a lot
to say about vaccines. This web site will take hours to read, but
you will get a great education in health and longevity by a master
teacher.
He has written over 50 books and articles, but the main one is
called GARY NULL’S ULTIMATE ANTI-AGING PROGRAM. He also has many
health and self-help videos most of them between $20-$40 US. For
example, one of them shows how to regrow hair and bring the original

G. STIMULATING THE BODY WITH MILD ELECTRICAL CURRENTS
There have been bio-electrical devices made for close to a century or
longer which attempt to stimulate the body this way. Wilhelm Reich
did some work on bioelectric stimulation, and there were others, like
George Lakhovsky’s Multiple Wave Oscillator, which was demonstrated
in the 1920’s -1940’s.
In more recent times, Hulda Clarke wrote a book THE CURE FOR ALL
DISEASES (recommended by Sri Harold a few years ago), in which she
introduced the idea of a zapper as a means to rid the body of
parasites.
There are companies which sell zappers based on Clarke’s ideas, and
some have developed pulsers, which send a pulsed, rather than a
steady, current of electricity into the body. Apparently, from what I
gather, the zapper is somewhat limited in terms of the degree of
penetration into the body, while the pulser has deeper penetration, in
order to immobilize the parasites. There are also magnetic pulsers,
which reaches into the lymphatic system, because neither the zapper
nor the regular pulser penetrate that far, and there are apparently
plenty of parasites in the lymph. Both the regular pulsers and
magnetic pulsers are based on designs by Bob Beck, an inventor who is
far ahead of his time, in my opinion. One of the pulsers that he
designed can also create colloidal silver water, at a fraction of what
people are paying in stores. It’s called the silver pulser. The
process of using these pulsers on the body is called blood
electrification.
COLLOIDAL SILVER is widely sold in health food stores, and seems to
have a lot of good testimonials. It’s only reasonable to think that
for pennies a gallon instead of about $30 per litre, it’s worth using.

What is it? Positively charged , extremely fine (Sub-microscopic)
particles of pure silver, suspended in water.
What does it DO? Dr Robert Becker, M.D., a famous biomedical
researcher from Syracuse University, and the author of several books,
including "THE BODY ELECTRIC", recognized the connection between low
levels of silver in the body, and disease; he said that silver
deficiency is related to the improper functioning of the immune
system.
He also goes on to relate, "All of the organisms that we tested were
sensitive to the electrically generated silver ion, including some
that were resistant to all known antibiotics." [ Over 650 ]
In regards to the safety of Colloidal Silver, he has said, "In no case
were any undesirable side effects of silver treatment apparent."
Alfred Searle, founder of the pharmaceutical company by that name,
wrote in 1919 that "Applying Colloidal to human subjects has been done
with astonishingly successful results. For internal administration,
orally or hypodermically, it has the advantage of being rapidly fatal
to parasites without toxic action on it's host."
Unfortunately, with the start of the heavy promotion of antibiotics by
the drug companies in the 1940's, the effectiveness of Colloidal
Silver was suppressed. (They couldn't make much money on a product
which everyone is able to make for themselves, after all...).

H. PROTECTING THE BODY FROM ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION
This was partly covered by the CET’s listed with the water unit web
site. The CET’s act as a broad spectrum stabilizing influence over
any kind of radiation, including geopathic energy and EMF
(ElecroMagnetic Frequencies) within the range limits that it has,
which covers most small to mid-size homes. However, if you are very
susceptible to radiation from electrical appliances, or you work with
computers a lot, there are several devices which greatly protect you
from these energies. These devices are generally worn around the
neck. My wife and I used to use an El-Mag, which cost about $225
Canadian each, and required about $5 worth of batteries each month,
and, after a year or so, both units simply stopped working. Some
months ago, I purchased a Q-link which is a pendant which looks a
little like a mandala, and, by using muscle testing (kinesiology)
found it to work every bit as good as the El-Mag. Now, it costs a
little less than the El-Mag, but it uses no batteries and lasts
forever. Plus, it’s much thinner, so you can wear it 24 hours a day,
and you don’t know you’re wearing it, whereas the El-Mag is a thick

Incidentally, you may have heard of feng-shui, or geomancy, which is
essentially the art of changing things around in a home, or building
homes at certain angles and in certain ways to offset geopathic stress
and other negative earth energies. Its becoming more and more

Generally, geomancers and feng shui masters work to eliminate the
effects of geopathic stress, which can cause innumerable disturbances

The Pure Synergy product, which is the main one that I’m recommending,
with the Vita Synergy a close second, took 15 years to develop. The
literature in the very good web site tells the whole story. It’s part
of a group of foods that have become known as super foods, which are
all “green foods”. There are close to 40 different companies which
have gone on the bandwagon, and they are all probably good, but Pure
Synergy stands head and shoulders above the rest, including the
nearest competitor, which is called Greens +. I’ve tried both

hair, which was almost all white, began to turn black again, and it’s

The prices seem to be higher than the US ones, when converted. I
don’t know why this is so. It’s possible that if duty is minimal, it

J. PRIMAL DEFENSE
This product, made by the Gan Eden Company, has the same high
standard as the Pure Synergy Company when it comes to retaining the
high life force necessary to create long life and longevity.
I have never tried Primal Defense, but my friend has, and, after using
it for a short time, had to stop, probably because he was detoxifying
too rapidly. Instead of opting for a smaller dosage, he decided to

It’s well worth a read. Incidentally, the water revitalizer unit
which I talked about a while ago apparently also creates a kind of
clustered water. Now I don’t know if adding Flanagan’s “Crystal
Energy” to it will make it even more clustered or higher life force or
not, but, at least, you know that the water from the unit does have
that capability of increased absorption, and all the rest of the
