Retaliation against my little girl's recording career

copyrighted material and fake autographs. The seller in question then
created three different accounts. (these rogue sellers are located in
pittsburgh and the three questionable accounts are all from pittsburgh
addresses and phone numbers with 0 buying history.) They are now not paying
for the items and ebay's customer service phone line has been down for
days. It just keeps you in an endless loop of "please enter your code)
never reaching an actual CS rep. Reporting an unpaid item will do nothing
as the fake buyers will suffer no repercussions. The name of the buyer
behind the situation can be provided and I'm hoping that ebay can identify
all accounts to the same IP address to have them banned. We're talking
sales in amounts over $10,000. Nothing to fool around with. Can anyone
advise on a way to get a live ebay CS person through another method other
than the general one that has not been working for days?
