Online Test Author REQUIRED: • Understanding of computer programming
and strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms • Computer
skills: o Microsoft Office – Able to use MS Excel and MS Word
efficiently o Experience programming with ASP, JavaScript and XML •
Ability to manage multiple priorities and be self-directed • Attention
to detail and demonstration of commitment to the accuracy and
completeness of information • Strong written and oral communication
skills • Strong problem-solving skills including an ability to “think
outside the box” • Flexible work schedule PREFERRED: • ConfirmIt and
SPSS experience • Elementary knowledge of market research •
Programming experience – a demonstrated knowledge of data structure
(e.g., Arrays), understanding of conditions (e.g., if, else if, else),
and iteration (e.g., loops)
