You have to call someone other than DTV to get it. I believe Microsoft's

For those interested, DirecTV will authorize channels 730
(Primerica) and 757 (Microsoft TV / BTV Net) free for the
asking.

I called Friday Afternoon and was authorized(it took the rep a few min ot
find it though)

Also, rumor has it htat Microsoft is going to launch _2_ more channels on
DTV';s 700 block soon. More details to follow.

www.microsoft.com/mstv says that they will soon be phasing out the satellite
distribution of MSTV. They are going to an entire internet distribution.
