• High School degree or greater required
• 3-5 years previous as a Salesforce Administrator for the Sales Cloud and Database Data Management required
• Salesforce Administrator and Application Builder Certification required
• Experience with Payment Center required
• Previous experience with helpdesk or issue tracking system strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills
• Previous experience with Zendesk or another tracking system strongly preferred
