Is EQ so truly stupid as to think people can't access his websites by feable
attempts at blocking ip's?

Is he so stupid to not know about proxy servers?

Is he so stupid as to think there is any way to stop people viewing his
site, downloading all his images and reposting them anywhere they choose...
does he actually believe his copyright on his page carries ANY weight?

His legal team referred to him as an Imbecile..........

"why is that"?

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA

well... i see now that he is actually that completely and totally stupid and
deserves the name Imbecile more than anyone on the internet to date.

from the little research i have done... a DOS on his router would render
that system down and out within minutes - anyone wanna have a little fun?

Name: www.pln.cc (applies to other domain names he owns as well - all
websites are served internally and the ip address is the same for all of
them)

ns1.aug.com
ns2.aug.com

.... now, from reading the registration agreement he would have HAD to agree
to - there is clear and reasonable grounds to have his domain name suspended
and/or terminated since he has NOT abided by their rules and regulations...
here is just one of the terns he has not lived up to and is in violation
of.. which is clear-cut mis-representation...

"Registration Information and Its Use.
Required Information. As part of the process for the registration of Domain
Names or purchase of Services, you will be requested to provide certain
specified information ("Required Information"). In the event you fail to
provide or maintain accurate Required Information, or you fail to promptly
update Required Information within five (5) calendar days of a request by us
(or such other period of time as may be required or permitted by a
Registry), we shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and/or
cancel, suspend, transfer, or modify your registration of the Domain Name
and/or Services. You may access your Required Information or information
concerning your Domain Name registration to review, modify, or update such
information, by accessing your Domain Name account or manager service, or by
such other method as we or Partner may provide. "

well.... if they were to get emails letting them know the info he has
provided them is either false or has not been updated to properly reflect
any accuracy in accordance to their terms of service, i am quite sure, like
what happened when tucows was sent the same info, his domain would be
suspended and if the terms were not complied with within a certain amout of
time, it would be cancelled.

hmmm...... time to check his other domains as well and see if he is in
accordance with all of their terms of service and registration rules and
agreements - looks like Mick could be in for some fun!

again Mick.... you just don't get it!

BWAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

bet someone else gets to the domain registrant/authority before he does!
