was billed on tuesday still have not received the product, i emailed the
address listed on your site over 24 hours ago and no responce. How can i
contact you to quickly find out the status of my order ?

Are you suggesting here that paying customers have to contend
with his time reading newgsgroups ?? ...and you'r OK with this ?

Look, we had this pow-wow a while back, and it appears that CNCdoc
and Trader both have heeded to these suggestions, and put customers
first BEFORE "playing" in the newsgroup, so you should NEVER come
to accept this from someone you are buying goods/services from.
Customers first, research/RD/marketing second, THEN it's time to
play in the newsgroup. Both vendors mentioned here are good.

Todd,
Had some problems with my last shipment of programmers. I will have some new
ones tomorrow, and will upgrade everyone that has waited more than the norm
to Next Day shipping. Those who wanted Next Day will have a little refund
included.
Jeez, when people order the crap from infomercials or the Home Shopping
Network, and receive it within 6 weeks, they are ecstatic. Trader didn't
ship for months, and I'm getting the crap kicked out of me for a few days
delay.

I'd take that as a compliment. See... your customers have held you
